I have over 12 years of experience as a recruiter, staffing variety of positions within a multitude of industries.  I have been fortunate to work as a corporate recruiter and with a broad  client base.  Over the years, I have not only hired and placed people in many different positions, but helped them revise their resumes, prepare for interviews, and help them choose the right career path.

 My career started with Robert Half International, one of the top staffing firms in the world, where I worked for 10 years.  I managed and trained an internal staff as well continued individual contributions as a recruiter.  My primary responsibility was to coach, mentor, and develop both my internal staff and my external consultants.  It was such a gratifying feeling helping my staff achieve their career goals.
While I loved what I did, I still found myself wanting something more.  I wanted to wake- up and get excited about going to work everyday, to believe in what I did, and feel passionate about my work.  After copious amounts of research and reflection, I launched my coaching practice in 2007.  While  starting my new business, I worked simultaneously as an executive recruiter for Linkage, a training and development company focused on executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational development.  My role as an executive recruiter gave me access to some of the best and brightest coaches in the country. It also gave me further insight into the job market and the top qualifications companies were seeking.  The opportunity to work with executive level candidates and help them transition into new careers was truly rewarding. 

Today I’m still with Linkage as their corporate recruiter on a part-time basis.  I’m a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers, National Association of Professional Women, and the International Coaches Federation.  I’m currently enrolled in International Coaches Academy a program accredited by the International Coaches Federation, and I will receive my certification in December.

I’ve had an amazing journey which led me to choose to the path of a Career Coach.  Each one of my work experiences has had a positive impact on my life and led me to a career that I absolutely love and am truly excited about.  Now, I’d like to help you tap into your passion and find your ideal career.
